Community Web works closely with citizens associations to provide sites, services, and activities. We are a private company which is not legally affiliated in any way with the Citizens Association. Furthermore, the Association does not endorse any product, service, or activity on the site unless specific reference is made that it does so. In an effort to link more communities together, and help residents find/start a community website, we may have included an existing association website in our My Community area. This does not mean that your community is a user of our system.

While we are a small corporation, our goal at Community Web on the commercial side is to put the community purchasing power to work reducing prices and improving service and quality. Aside from working on residents behalf to do the above, we also hope to provide a regular stream of income to the Citizen Association. As such, we donate 5% of any revenues from a community site to the citizen association. We hope to increase this percentage as the costs of building sites/services slows in the future. We believe that the citizen association is the basic building block of real community and that this foundation needs to be made stronger. The sites, information, and public service aspect of what we do can be expanded and improved only if there is a source of income. We hope to create a virtuous cycle where we benefit the community and the community benefits the citizen association and us.
