The Mid-County Services Center maintains a 7 day, 24-hour phone line to receive complaints from citizens about code violations, trash, debris, abandoned vehicles, traffic and transportation issues, and other problems that citizens believe may require a governmental response. To report an abandoned vehicle call 301-840-2454 and press either 3 (if you live in the Bethesda police district, which is roughly west of Drumm Ave.) or 4 (if you live in the Wheaton-Glenmont police district, which is roughly east of Drumm Ave.).
