Mid-County Hotline The Mid-County Services Center maintains a 7 day, 24-hour phone line to receive complaints from citizens about code violations, trash, debris, abandoned vehicles, traffic and transportation issues, and other problems that citizens believe may require a governmental response. Also, information is provided on how to report violations for investigation and enforcement.
